The Paddlefest Music and Nature Festival returns to St. Andrews By-the-Sea May 16th – 19th for 4 full days of music, art, outdoor activities and environmental events.
For the 2024 edition of the festival, Paddlefest has curated a diverse lineup of performers from across Canada as well as a ton of homegrown talent.
Beloved East Coast singer Jenn Grant, skilled blues guitarist Ariel Posen and buzzy alt-country outfit Boy Golden headline the festival which also see performances from Ontario indie rockers Ellevator, bluegrass quartet The Slocan Ramblers, JUNO nominated folk songwriter Julian Taylor, Mi'kmaq fiddle player Morgan Toney and Halifax R&B songstress Zamani.
Every year a large portion of the festival’s programming is dedicated to local artists. This year is no different with performances from provincial favourites & up and comers Motherhood, Wolf Castle feat. The Olympic Symphonium, Jessica Rhaye, Kylie Fox, Dee Hernandez, The Hello Crows, La Patente, a seamless set from Marian & Chillteens, rare live sets from St. Andrews' favourites Gordon Gets Lost and Ross Neilsen and much more!
The Paddlefest Main Stage in the town square will be the central hub of programming over the 4 days with more music at partnering venues such as Honeybeans Café, the Huntsman Marine Science Centre, The Red Herring Pub, Saint Andrews Brewing Co. and more.
In addition to the music Paddlefest 2024 will feature outdoor and community activities like kayaking and dragon-boating, the Wharfbound Trail Run, the annual Paddlefest Craft Market, a Beach Clean Up, Kids Events, Yoga and much more.
