Paddlefest is dedicated to creating a safe and accessible event for all patrons, artists, volunteers and guests of every age, race, gender, religion and sexual orientation.
Paddlefest operates with a 0% toleracy rate for any abusive, harmful, or oppressive behaviour or language. Any participation in harmful behaviour is grounds for immediate removal from festival venues/events without a refund and may result in a permanent ban.

Accessibility
Paddlefest aims to be as accessible as possible. The Wharfbound Main Stage in town square is accessible to those with mobility issues. The Wharfboun Main Stage is a general admission venue with seating options available based on a first some serve basis. Due to fire codes and general safety protocols, chairs are not permitted during peak attendance times (i.e. evening shows). Chairs are generally permitted for afternoon & matinee shows. Health & Safety Measures
Should the Province of New Brunswick, local municipality or any health authority issue any changes to policy in response to an increase in COVID-19 or other infection/sickness rates, Paddlefest reserves the right to comply with such changes and recommendations, including the reinstatement of masks and vaccination/test requirements. Refund requests will be considered but not guaranteed.
If you feel sick or are experiencing any COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you prioritize your health and the health of others by staying home.
ANBL SAFE RIDE PROGRAM
In efforts to make sure all attendees and participants are safe and make responsible choices, Paddlefest has partnered with ANBL to initiate to a Safe Ride program at our 2025 festival. This free ANBL Safe Ride initiative will available the evenings of the festival. Times will be updated soon.
Shuttle Bus provided by the Hunstman Marine Science Centre
The Huntsman Marine Science Centre will be providing its shuttle bus for official events at their venue and it will be on call during Wharfbound Main Stage performances on the Friday and Saturday nights of the festival. The shuttle bus will me making regular designated stops at select locations around town (i.e. The Algonquin Resort, Kiwanis Campground).
